Processing Time
We'll have your journal printed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
🇦🇺 Australia: 3–10 business days
🌍 International: 7–21 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location — no surprises!
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout — we want your journal to find its way to you! We're unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at proudmomentjournals@gmail.com — we're happy to help track it down.
Returns & Refunds
Because each journal is made to order especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We hope you understand — it's what allows us to keep every journal personal and meaningful.
Something Not Right?
If your journal arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we absolutely want to make it right! Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order at proudmomentjournals@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault or damage
Once we've reviewed your message, we'll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little additional time to process it on their end.
